The Judgement of Paris

Hh... I remembered that i was once, sent a message to my friends about The Golden Apple or... The Judgement of Paris.

I forgot the whole story~ but, i was able to remember the message because of Wikipedia and a comic book(Detective Conan) help~

Anyway~ the story is.. Like this(in short, maybe):

"There were three goddesses who invited into a banquet. They are Hera, The Goddess of Women and Marriage; Athena, The Goddess of Civilization, Wisdom, Strength, Strategy, Craft, Justice, and Skill; and Aphrodite, The Goddess of Love, Beauty, and Sexuality.

Eris, The Goddess of Discord, was uninvited and envied. She sent a golden apple with an inscription "For The Fairest" to the three goddesses.

The three goddesses told Paris of Troy to choose one of them who suitable for the apple. First, approached Hera who offered to make him famous, powerful king; next came Athena, who offered to make him wise, above even some of the gods; and last came Aphrodite, who said she would give him the most beautiful woman in the world as his wife, Helen at that time, of Sparta.

Paris chose Aphrodite, which would ultimately lead to the startof the Trojan War."
